Today was a marathon day. We tried to cram everything we wanted to do in the Poughkeepsie area into one day so that we could leave for Camp Pipedream first thing the next morning. Number one on our list was the Walkway Over the Hudson. We had not yet seen it. All I have to say is....WOW! It's amazing. We took lots of pictures. The Hudson Valley is truly one of the most beautiful places in the world.

Note that in the picture below Wendy is wearing a Yankees shirt but Mathias (her son) is wearing a Mets shirt. Apparently Dad is a Mets fan. Let's hope they don't end up playing each other in the World Series. Ha! Ha!
We'd already had our favorite pizza on Sat night so today it was a late lunch of Chinese food. We pigged out. We also got to visit with family one last time and of course, eat some more of my mom's delicious cooking. What a great day.
