Today I took my youngest (9 yrs old), Brian, to the allergist. Allergy testing - 34 pricks between both arms - he was a trooper. It took so long he missed his school lunchtime so I took him to Wendy's on the way back to school. I asked him if it was better than the school lunch - he said "Waaay better!" I said, "But you're not having fun visiting with all your friends." He said "Mom is way better than any friend." And that, ladies and gentlemen, is a mom's paycheck.
