Nov 30, 2012 - Pinewood Derby

This was our family's last Pinewood Derby and Brian ended our run with a really "out of this world" car.  He wanted his car to look like a barred spiral galaxy.  He showed Brent a picture from one of his books.  Brent and Brian pulled it off and Brian did more of the work than anyone would ever guess.  Brent warned Brian that his car would not win any races because with the design he wanted all the weight would have to be in the middle (to win you've got to have as much weight in the back as you can).  Brian didn't care.  He wanted a barred spiral galaxy.
